Hoa Binh 5 wind power plant project is built on an area of 27.7 hectares with 26 wind turbines, operating capacity from 3.0 - 3.3 MW/turbine, over 140m high. The goal of building and operating the factory is to help create jobs for people and increase local budget revenue with a value of over 80 billion VND/year. In particular, the Hoa Binh 5 wind power plant project, when put into operation, will help transform the economic structure of the entire region in general and Bac Lieu province in particular.
