- When the welding rod is damp, the welding rod is susceptible to smoke, splashes and instability, the weld joint is porous, it needs to be dried at 100oC -150oC for 40 - 60 minutes before use.
- Remove oil stains and dirt from the solder surface.
- Make sure the weld seam gaps and beveled the weld edges according to regulations to achieve a strong weld joint.
- Choose the welding current according to the instructions to get a deep penetration weld with high working ability.
