LB-52-18 welding rod is a low hydrogen type welding rod containing iron powder suitable for welding low carbon and high strength steel such as welding steel structures in the fields of shipbuilding, drilling rigs, wharves, construction, pressure vessels, storage and pipeline welding.

Kobelco LB-52-18 welding rod is a low hydrogen type welding rod containing iron powder suitable for welding low carbon steel and high strength steel such as welding steel structures in the fields of shipbuilding, drilling rigs, wharves, construction, pressure vessels, warehouses and welding pipelines.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Prepare all labor safety factors before welding. Stable welding power source
Dry the electrode at a temperature of 300~350oC for 30~60 minutes before use.
Remove oil stains, dirt on the surface of the welding object.
Ensure the weld gaps, bevel the weld edge according to the correct standards to achieve a strong weld.
Select the welding current according to the instructions to achieve a deep weld, high working capacity.
Use a wind shield to avoid strong winds.
