1. Warranty Policy

For Phuong Nam solar lights

• For lamp products: 24 months warranty
• With solar panel products: 5 years warranty

* Warranty conditions:

• The product is damaged due to manufacturer's fault (technical failure, design error, ...) or error during transportation (deformed, scratched, cracked,...).

* Conditions of non-warranty:

• The product has no intact labels, has been peeled, broken, deformed due to external influences.

* Warranty shipping fee:

• Under 3 months Phuong Nam will bear 2 way shipping fee.
• From 3 to 6 months Phuong Nam pays 50% of the shipping fee.
• After 6 months, please bear the two-way shipping fee.

2. Return Policy

In case of return or exchange of goods:

• Item is not the right type and model as you ordered.
• Not enough quantity, not enough set as in the order.
• External conditions are affected such as packaging tear, peeling, broken ...
• Defective, substandard goods such as inoperability, objective damage within the warranty of the supplier, manufacturer...

In case of no exchange or return:

• Return the wrong product, not the product of Phuong Nam Trading Development Co., Ltd.
• Violation of the manufacturer's regulations on use (improper installation, dropping ...)
• Expiry of the warranty period or failure to comply with the instructions to enjoy the warranty.
• Returned goods that have errors arising from the transportation process from the customer's place to us.

When you have a request for an exchange, please contact Phuong Nam Trading Development Co., Ltd in advance (via Hotline 0397.191.668 or 0377727778  from 8:00 am to 17:30 pm) about the item you want to exchange as soon as possible or by email contact @phuongnamco.vn. At that time, the online sales & consulting staff will actively call to support customers and provide detailed instructions on the specific time & place of exchange.

a. Time allowed for exchange or return

• In areas where there are branches of Phuong Nam Trading Development Co., Ltd. within 07 days according to the date on the delivery invoice.
• In other provinces: Within 07 days according to the date of the return service receipt or postmark.

b. Return procedure

• Pack all products back into bags or boxes that Phuong Nam Trading PT Co., Ltd sent to you. Please specify the reason for each product you want to exchange or return on the sales invoice with the product.
• Goods cannot be exchanged or returned without an accompanying invoice from Phuong Nam Trading Co., Ltd.
• Immediately after sending the goods, please email or call the customer department of Phuong Nam Trading Co., Ltd. to inform the status of the goods and the consignment number (other specifics).
• The return shipping service fee will be paid by you.
• After receiving the goods, Phuong Nam Trading Development Co., Ltd. will reply to you or actively contact you to solve problems (if any).
